Influencer Marketing Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase Rixos Phu Quoc’s brand awareness and engagement.
• Identify, build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators and KOLs across key markets.
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns, collaborations, stays and content productions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Social Media and hotel departments to create engaging content opportunities.
• Negotiate collaborations, deliverables and campaign agreements with influencers and partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement and ROI, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms and emerging creators.
• Ensure all influencer content aligns with Rixos and Accor brand standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR or social media.
• Strong network of influencers, KOLs and content creators is highly preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle or international brands is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented.
• Good command of English.
