GENERAL MISSION/ NHIỆM VỤ CHUNG

• Fixed Asset Accountant is responsible for recording and managing asset-related costs, including newly purchased assets, tools, and equipment. The role involves maintaining and monitoring fixed assets, intangible assets, tools and supplies; conducting periodic physical inventory counts; recording depreciation and amortization; preparing and posting accounting entries related to assets, tools, equipment, and departmental supplies; as well as handing over assets to user departments and tracking their usage and status.

Kế toán tài sản là người chịu trách nhiệm ghi nhận, quản lý chi phí tài sản, CCDC thiết bị mua mới, lưu giữ quản lý các tài sản cố định, tài sản vô hình, CCDC, vật dụng bộ phận định kỳ kiểm kê, hạch toán và lưu lại số khấu hao,phân bổ thực hiện các bút toán kế toán liên quan đến tài sản CCDC, thiết bị và vật dụng bộ phận, bàn giao tài sản cho bộ phận sử dụng và theo dõi.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM KỸ THUẬT

• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of assets.

Thiết lập hệ thống, quy trình và các biểu mẫu để ghi lại cũng như quản lý tài sản. .

• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to assets

Đưa ra các kiến nghị cũng như gợi ý cho ban quản lý về các cập nhật về chính sách kế toán quản lý tài sản.

• Record asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.

Ghi nhận việc mua tài sản và thanh lý tài sản trên hệ thống kế toán.

• Monitor purchase orders and calculate month-end accruals.

Theo dõi các đơn hàng và tính toán chi phí trích trước hàng tháng.

• Reconcile the balance for assets between the book and actual figures.

Đối chiếu tài sản trong sổ sách kế toán và thực tế.

• Calculate depreciation for all assets.

Tính toán chi phí khấu hao và phân bổ của tất cả các tài sản có khấu hao và phân bổ.

• Review and update the detailed schedule of assets and accumulated depreciation.

Rà soát, cập nhật bảng chi tiết tài sản và khấu hao lũy kế .

• Conduct periodic physical inventory of assets together with reports.

Thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ cho tài sản kèm theo báo cáo.

• Conduct analyses, checking related to assets as requested by management.

Thực hiện phân tích, kiểm tra liên quan đến tài sản theo yêu cầu của quản lý cấp trên.

• Prepare audit schedules relating to assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.

Chuẩn bị báo cáo liên quan đến kiểm toán tài sản và hỗ trợ kiểm toán nếu cần.

• To check and follow up the liquidation of tools and utensils.

Kiểm tra và theo dõi thanh lý CCDC.

• Periodically take stock of the tools and utensils every 3 months.

Định kỳ 03 tháng kiểm kê CCDC.

• Track company expenditures for assets in comparison to the capital budget.

Theo dõi chi phí công ty chi tiêu cho tài sản cố định so sánh với ngân sách vốn chi dùng.

• Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.

Phối hợp với các thành viên trong bộ phận để giám sát việc xử lý và di chuyển tài sản.

• Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.

Thực hiện các hoạt động kế toán theo chuẩn mực và quy trình kế toán được thiết lập.

• Be responsible for keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

• Follow any other tasks as and when required by the management.

• Education: At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Bằng cấp: Có ít nhất bằng Cử nhân về Kế toán
• Experience: Minimum 1 years experience in accounting functions in the capacity of Asset Accountant
• Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở kế toán với vị trí kế toán tài sản
• Basic English communication
• Tiếng Anh cơ bản
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Có kiến thức tốt về MS Excel, Word và PowerPoint
• Good working knowledge of accounting systems/Software
• Có kiến thức tốt về hệ thống/ phần mềm kế toán
• Strong inter-personality skills
• Kỹ năng xã hội tốt.
