Mô tả công việc

- Operations Management
• Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments during assigned shifts (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, etc.).
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to 4–5 star service standards.
• Monitor occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP movements.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency procedures are properly implemented.
- Guest Relations
• Welcome and personally attend to VIP guests and important arrivals.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and positive guest experience.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests during the shift.
- Incident & Risk Management
• Respond to operational issues, emergencies, and unexpected situations.
• Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Reporting & Administration
• Prepare daily shift reports and operational updates for management.
• Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, incidents, and special cases.
• Support staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring during the shift.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort.
• Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in PMS systems (Smile or equivalent).
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shift schedules.
