Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answers the incoming telephone calls.
2. Reads and follows up the reports in the Housekeeping logbook everyday.
3. Works in close cooperation with all Supervisor internal department.
4. Controls computer on returning rooms as quick as possible.
5. Passes on message an inquires between staff areas and other departments, if possible handles tasks to ease supervisor work.
6. Answer all telephone calls promptly and courteously and caries out requests as quickly as possible.
7. Sees that all maintenance order form are promptly made out.
8. Keeps records for all incoming and outgoing calls.
9. Prepare a correct and complete turnover of work to her next reliever.
10. Follow up unfinished order frequently.
11. Handle inquires for left properties.
12. Maintains the stock of stationary supplies for Housekeeping Department.
13. Maintains the stock of amenities and facilities for Housekeeping Department
14. Responsible for control the mini-bar items set-up in room. Make daily inventories and daily consumption.
15. Maintains a proper monthly mini-bar, amenities, facilities inventories and consumption. And update, keeps records in good order. Presents a monthly report to Executive Housekeeper of the same inventories.
16. Keep the logbook on “lost & found” articles.
List all the items immediately when received attaches slip and puts in “lost & found” cabinets, valuable items, such as jewelry, watches, cameras, moneys etc... have to be handle over to Executive Housekeeper for safe keeping.
17. Files all staff records, such as holidays, sick leave, absent. And monthly attendant.
18. Provides all documents and clerical support to the department by typing and filling activities, maintaining records of guest room supplies, and supply requisition, etc..
19. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Housekeeper.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum College education
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
