Human Resources Executive

o Design, implement, and evaluate advanced training programs that drive engagement and skill development

o Support departmental trainers, and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.

o Oversee the orientation process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

o Conduct comprehensive assessments of training needs across departments.

o Constantly find a way to improve & innovate STARS Development activities & programs.

b. Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

o Assist in talent sourcing for Fusion Original Saigon Centre

o Use the effective and efficient candidate’s attraction strategies [encompassing online advertising, referral, networking and direct sourcing] and tactics to source the very best talent in the marketplace for the property and build up the pipeline for the future vacancies.

o Facilitate end-to-end recruitment processes for junior roles, including creating selection criteria and conducting interviews.

c. Internal Engagement and Culture Building

o Create and enhance the monthly STAR Activities such as STARS Birthdays, employee recognition events and other STAR events.

o Be a spokesperson of the department to communicate with STARSs in all channels.

o Coordinate with the Brand & Creative team for the appropriate design needs for any internal activities

o Strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and executing development programs.

o Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity skills to connect with a diverse workforce.

o Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Figma) and a creative approach to engagement activities.

o Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent writing skills in both languages

o Previous experience in a hospitality setting or related industry is preferred
