Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort is looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Supervisor to lead our service team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet/room service operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, billing procedures, and service standards
- Handle guest feedback and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and cost efficiency
- Support promotions, upselling initiatives, and special events
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at hotel/resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and POS systems
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Good English communication is an advantage

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at hotel/resort
- Strong leadership and communication skills
