• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
• Schedule projects to meet deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
• Conceptualize visuals based on marketing and operational requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
• Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and other design materials as requested by the Marketing team.
• Create and edit short-form video content for digital platforms (Reels, TikTok, social ads, etc.).
• Develop basic motion graphics and simple animations for campaigns, digital materials, and presentations.
• Support video editing and content adaptation for multiple media channels.
• Test graphics across various media and platforms.
• Amend designs based on feedback and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, agencies, and internal teams when required.

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field is a plus.

• Fluent English is preferred.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations, layouts, and digital work.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent tools).
• Understanding of short-form video formats and social media visual trends.
• Ability to integrate static design with simple animation for digital engagement.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Creative, innovative mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience working with luxury brands or in hospitality is a plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to travel to properties within the cluster/system as required for business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
