Mô tả công việc
1. Job Purpose
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the hotel attracts, selects, and hires qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the employer brand and service standards of the hotel.
2. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning
• Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Prepare recruitment plans based on manpower budget and operational requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and report hiring status to HR Manager.
Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms, social media, and internal channels.
• Maintain relationships with hospitality schools and universities.
• Develop talent pools for key operational positions
Screening & Interviewing
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with department managers.
• Provide hiring recommendations to HR Manager and department heads
Recruitment Administration
• Prepare job offers and employment documentation.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with hotel policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain recruitment database and candidate records
Employer Branding
• Promote the hotel as an attractive employer through job fairs and social media.
• Organize recruitment events and campus hiring programs.
• Maintain relationships with hospitality training institutions.
Reporting & HR Analytics
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports
• Analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in hospitality industry is preferred.
Skills
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and HR systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language
• Good command of English
