Objective of the position:

• To be responsible for the accurate and timely recording, verification, and reporting of all revenue transactions of the hotel.
• To support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and implementing the ROBINSON concept in daily operations.
• To put ROBINSON concept into practice

Scope of duties and responsibilities:

• Record daily revenue transactions in the system and reconcile figures between reports, bookings, and issued invoices.
• Verify City Ledger invoices received from the Cashier and cross-check the amounts with booking records.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding payments from Tour Operators (TO) and Travel Agents (TA) in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Prepare debit notes, reminder letters, and coordinate with TO/TA regarding outstanding payments when required.
• Review and verify revenue generated from all operating departments.
• Check room rates between contracts, bookings, and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Verify F&B revenue by comparing captain orders from the kitchen, restaurant forms, transfer slips, and issued invoices.
• Reconcile departmental sales reports with invoices, transfer slips, miscellaneous vouchers, and other supporting revenue documents.
• Review revenue accounts and post revenue entries to the General Ledger.
• Control and manage the issuance and usage of official invoices and related documents (e.g., transfer slips, miscellaneous vouchers, captain orders).
• Prepare weekly revenue reports, including FOC room and house-use room reports.
• Prepare monthly reports such as F&B statistics, commission reports, wedding shooting revenue, and complimentary set-up reports.
• Verify issued invoices and prepare the quarterly invoice usage report for submission to the tax authority.
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Front Office operations, preferably in an international hotel/resort environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
• Good knowledge of PMS systems and reservation procedures
• Experience handling guest complaints and service recovery professionally
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
