Sales Executive - Restaurant in Da Nang City

• Prepare and follow up on sales contracts after approval by the DOSM or Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services for clients and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals, quotations, contracts, and service introduction documents for clients.
• Manage and maintain client records, contracts, and other sales documents in a systematic manner.
• Receive and handle client inquiries and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
• Update and maintain the customer database, tracking transaction history and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in organizing sales activities, events, and client meetings in line with the sales plan.
• Prepare periodic sales reports as required by management.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the DOSM or Sales Manager.

• Salary negotiable.
• Working from Monday to Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday. On Fridays, employees can leave 2 hours early.
• Performance-based bonuses according to the company’s policy, along with other welfare benefits in line with company regulations.13th-month salary.
• Meal allowance: VND 35,000 per meal + free parking.

• Proven experience in sales job will be consider as a plus;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
