Assist the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction in line with brand standards.
• Support the management of all F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining.
• Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction according to brand standards.
• Supervise and train the F&B team to maintain professional service delivery.
• Assist in planning promotions, menus, and special events with the Culinary team.
• Monitor cost control, inventory, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.
