Mô tả công việc
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel.
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent service and maintain brand standards.
- Plan staffing schedules, allocate duties, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to maintain quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory while controlling departmental costs and budgets.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Other tasks may need assign by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping management in hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good English communication skills.
