Objective of the position:

• To be responsible for the smooth running of Accounting operations
• Support financial operations, close books correctly - completely - on time. Ensure tax and audit readiness, provide reliable data for accurate decision making.
• To put ROBINSON concept into practice

Scope of duties and responsibilities:

I. Accounting Sections

• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Classify, code and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journal. Ledger/ computer
• Organize, secure and maintain all files
• Check figures, posting and documents for accuracy.
• Prepare maintain audit and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing and payroll reports
• Prepare, review and reconcile, issues bills/invoices
• Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment is full is received or resolved
• Checking documents from member accountants before sending them to Chief Accoutant
• Complete period-end closing reports according to company procedures and schedule
• Review the contracts, provide recommendations, and guide the team members to complete the necessary terms
• In coordination with Chief Accoutant, reviewing, building, adding to or adjusting the LSOP as required.

II. Tax sections

• Consolidate, declare and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports: VAT, SCT, PIT, CIT, FCT...
• Assist member accountants in checking input/output invoices to ensure the legal validity of tax accounting documents
• Monitor and update relevant tax regulations to ensure compliance
• Tax-related management reports
• Coordinate with other departments in guiding, controlling invoices, costs, and handling tax problems
• Propose optimal legal tax solutions, suitable for resort operations

III. Others

• Serve as a department role model or mentor
• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards
• Coordinate task and work with other departments
• Other tasks assigned by directly manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in same role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and financial procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines in a dynamic environment
