a. General | Tổng quát
- Foster a positive team environment by maintaining good relationships with colleagues and encouraging collaboration.
- Deliver excellent guest service by interacting with guests, understanding their needs, and responding effectively to feedback.
- Support the Restaurant Manager with suggestions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, including health, safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain professional standards in personal hygiene, grooming, and conduct while representing the restaurant.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions and assist in coaching team members when required.
- Handle guest comments and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate performance that meets the restaurant’s service and operational standards.
b. Operations | Vận hành
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Guide and assist team members in performing their duties and resolving operational challenges.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure consistency with the restaurant’s standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, bar, stewarding, front office, housekeeping, engineering) to maintain seamless operations.
- Assist in executing promotions, special events, and upselling initiatives to enhance revenue.
- Support cost control by minimizing waste, monitoring stock levels, and participating in inventory counts.
- Conduct regular inspections of front-of-house and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, proper setup, and maintenance.
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members to improve performance and service quality.

- Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.
- Thời lượng ca làm việc: 8 tiếng/ngày (bao gồm 30 phút nghỉ giữa ca).

Yêu cầu công việc
o Strong organizational abilities to manage daily tasks efficiently.
o Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
o Capable of interacting positively with both colleagues and guests.
o Ability to handle a demanding workload effectively.
o Basic computer skills for operational tasks.
o Previous experience in a similar role within an upscale hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
