Job Summary

Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting key HR operations, employee relations, and internal communications. This role acts as a strategic partner to department heads, delivering quality candidates while building a strong employer brand and fostering positive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition (Full Recruitment Cycle)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from entry-level to supervisory roles across all hotel departments.

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Prepare and extend offer letters and manage onboarding procedures.

Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives.

B. Employee Relations & Internal Communications

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Support employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.

Assist in organizing internal communications, announcements, and newsletters.

Promote a culture of open communication and teamwork across departments.

Handle employee feedback and support conflict resolution when needed.

C. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

Support employer branding initiatives to position Lancaster Legacy as an employer of choice.

Create and post engaging recruitment content on social media and job platforms.

Participate in career fairs, school partnerships, and networking events.

Build relationships with hospitality schools and training institutions.

D. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and digital).

Handle HR-related documentation such as confirmation letters, certification letters, and employment verification.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies in all HR operations.

Prepare HR reports and data analysis as requested by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Hospitality, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.

Preferred: Experience in mass recruitment within the hotel or luxury resort industry.

Experience handling full recruitment cycle independently.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.

Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS is a plus.

High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Well-organized, able to multitask and work under pressure.

Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Strong service mindset and team player.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.

Professional demeanor with high integrity.
