• Works with contructions team/ PMU regarding contruction progress/ technical defects.
• To make management plan of the equipment operating, maintaining, repairing and changing
• To make quarterly and yearly plan of the department. To encourage employee to seriously execute and follow up working progress
• Ensures the effective budget management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs’s and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.
• To make periodic staff’s training plan.
• To host department meeting, to check maintennace plan record and shift hand-over book of the department to ensure all tasks are well done.
• To regularly check the condition of facility, equipment and all systems in the Golf Course to ensure they are in good and safety condition.
• When there is any issue or problem occurred that may affect the guest or business operation of the Golf Course, to come immediately the site to solve the problem and eliminate the bad effect to Golf Course’s business. To check the urgent fixing plan and coordinate with other relating departments.
• To determine solutions for energy saving and using for better economic effectiveness.
• To follow up the maintenance of equipment in the Golf Course on weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually basis.
• To conduct on the job training, instruct and check the using of equipment, implementation of technical procedure, fire safety and prevention of the Golf Course, etc and be ready for back up when necessary.
• To recommend technical improvement ideas as well as employee’s promotion.

• Bachelor of Science in M&E, Electricity, construction.
• At least 3 year experience at same position in Hospitality
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent leadership capability and customer relation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and facilities
