Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and revenue strategies aligned with the resort’s business objectives and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel partners, corporate accounts, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the Executive Committee to set sales targets, forecast revenue, and develop pricing and distribution strategies.
- Prepare and manage the annual sales budget, while contributing to long-term business planning.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives to expand the resort’s market presence.
- Represent Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa at industry events, trade shows, roadshows, and networking functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team.
- Continuously improve sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, and industry regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality or resort sector.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful long-term sales and business development strategies.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and financial management platforms.
- Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, partners, and corporate decision-makers.
- Solid understanding of the luxury hospitality market and global tourism trends.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the Phu Quoc market and the broader Vietnamese tourism landscape is highly preferred.
