E-Commerce Supervisor ( Based in HCM Office)

- Supervise daily OTA and online distribution operations to ensure content accuracy, rate availability, and proper system connectivity.

- Maintain strong knowledge of OTA extranets and their functionalities, with the ability to troubleshoot distribution issues and identify practical workarounds when necessary.

- Monitor OTA performance indicators such as visibility, ranking, conversion, and booking trends to support channel optimization.

- Evaluate OTA promotions, visibility boosters, and marketing campaigns to ensure competitiveness and effective performance.

- Identify and monitor third-party or unauthorized rates across online platforms and work with partners to address discrepancies when required.

- Support the implementation of promotions and ensure rate plans and offers are correctly reflected across all distribution channels.

- Understand key hotel performance indicators such as ADR, occupancy, and revenue to support distribution decisions and channel performance.

- Troubleshoot distribution issues related to inventory, rate mapping, and connectivity between the Channel Manager, OTAs, and the booking engine.

- Prepare periodic reports on OTAs performance, channel contribution, and market competitiveness.

• Strong understanding of hotel E-Commerce, online distribution, and the OTA ecosystem.
• Solid experience working with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of OTA commission structures, promotion calculations, and discount mechanisms across different platforms.
• Familiarity with Channel Manager systems such as SiteMinder or similar distribution platforms.
• Ability to identify distribution issues and propose practical solutions or workarounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
