Mô tả công việc

To assist food recipes and kitchen standards and to monitor that recipes and standards are according with SPH policies & procedures
Monitor duty rosters, vacation plan & public holiday schedules to ensure efficient use of human resources.
Ensure monthly kitchen inventory taking and monitoring of par stocks.
Ensure minimum of wastages in and proper recipe control in order to archive the monthly/annual food cost set for the BW (food cost will be reviewed in the monthly P&L)
Ensure proper kitchen operation in Brasserie

Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Ability to work well in high-pressure situations
