JOB OVERVIEW
Handling daily restaurant operation related to guest service; maintaining service quality as the highest level by supervising all aspects of restaurant
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check all necessary items for service: glassware, cloth, silverware... to ensure service standards of the Resort.
- Organize decoration, arrange tables and chairs and eating utensils according to the standards of the Resort
- Monitor and supervise the service process of employees to ensure the correct implementation of professional processes and appropriate staffing and rotation.
- Solve all problems that arise during service
- Coordinating and participating in service, ensuring service quality
- Observe, support and respond to customer requests
- Maximizing restaurant profit by applying sale skills
- Keeping annoucements about promotions, resort’s events or events happening in resort and informing guests of those clearly and concisely
- Support, handle and report customer complaints and dissatisfaction
- Organize the cleaning of equipment and tools before and after service
- Ensure equipment and tools are stored in the right place
- Periodically make statistics and report on the number of tools, tools and equipment damaged and lost
- Regularly inspecting the front and back areas of department to make sure service zone, serving procedures, standard of sanitation, repairing and maintaining procedures, staff manners fit with standards and take actions when necessary
- Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
- Attends any training programs as directed or requested
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

• Priority will be given to candidates with 02 or more years of experience in the same position

• Being perfect in leadership, organization and training
• Being fluent in English; being able to use other language
• Arranging work and coordinating with colleagues well
