- Supervise daily hotel operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage, support, and motivate the team to deliver a legendary customer experience to guests.
- Initiate, implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure consistently high standards of services are maintained.
- Be responsible for the smooth operation of the apartment and maintain a long-term good relationship with guests.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Meet, greet, and escort guests to the room by the property’s standards and as assigned.
- Be a custodian of the guest history database, ensuring profiles are up-to-date and information is used in the operation to support guest recognition.
- Provide general reception duties including managing all incoming telephone calls, and inquiries, greeting visitors, and viewing.
- Perform office administration duties including reporting and stocktaking.
- Perform check-in & check-out procedures and payment collection.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Manage cash handling and perform basic financial duties, including reconciliation and reporting
- Handle and follow up complaints and inquiries that arise from Guests & professionally resolve service issues.
- Ensure implementation of SOP and all policies & procedures related to the department.
- Assist in managing and training for staffs.
- Attend training sessions as assigned.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Ascott Star Rewards program and ensure timely updates and alignment of the program from the Cluster.
- Handle emergencies and incidents issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with fire, life, and safety procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar position at 4-5* hotel or serviced apartments.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including communicating, listening, and coaching
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations
• Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
• Capacity to read situations, understand environments and respond accordingly
• Someone who is a good team player, honest, details oriented, neat and tidy
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
