- Work with the Executive Housekeeper to be proficient in the daily operations in guestrooms and other special projects as may be requested.

- Have a working knowledge of all housekeeping cleaning equipment and preventive maintenance program for such machines.

- Ensure that guests enjoy impeccable housekeeping product and that services offered by team members are offered in a timely manner

- Plan and schedule general cleaning program for the public areas and outlets of the hotel.

- Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business

- Minimum experience required: 3 to 5 years

- Education level: Bachelor / Licence
