Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management

• Plan and execute purchasing activities for food, beverages, and operational supplies across all restaurant outlets.

• Ensure timely delivery, consistent quality, and cost-effective sourcing.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate demand forecasting with relevant departments.

Supplier Management

• Source, evaluate, and develop a reliable supplier base.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve the best value.

• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations (quality, pricing, delivery timelines).

Cost Control & Budgeting

• Monitor purchasing expenses and ensure alignment with the approved budget.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Develop and optimize procurement processes and policies.

• Collaborate with kitchen, operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows.

• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing performance, costs, and supplier status.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in F&B or restaurant chains.

• Proven experience in team management.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good knowledge of F&B materials (fresh food, dry goods, packaging, etc.).
