Front Office Supervisor

• Supervise front desk team and monitor performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/outs, and resolve complaints.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain accurate records.
• Support training and development of front office staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel/resort, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively.
