• Supervise public area attendants to ensure efficient operations and high service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of all public areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle any concerns related to public areas.
• Coordinate with Engineering to report and resolve maintenance issues.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Implement sustainable practices to reduce waste and optimize resource usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper chemical handling.
• Train and coach team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Manage Lost & Found items with proper documentation and secure handling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and hygiene standards; familiarity with systems such as Opera or HotSOS is an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
