• Oversee and manage all security operations to ensure safety of guests, staff, and hotel assets.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate the security team, including supervisors and officers.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures to minimize threats.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department, etc.) when required.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches; prepare detailed reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper operation of all security equipment.
• Manage security budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
• Conduct regular audits, drills, and training related to safety and security.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Provide guidance during emergencies and lead crisis management efforts.

• Xây dựng, triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện các chính sách, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn an ninh.
• Lãnh đạo, đào tạo và đánh giá đội ngũ an ninh (giám sát và nhân viên).
• Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro và triển khai các biện pháp phòng ngừa.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình phòng cháy chữa cháy, ứng phó khẩn cấp và sơ tán.
• Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng (công an, PCCC, v.v.) khi cần thiết.
• Điều tra các sự cố, tai nạn và vi phạm an ninh; lập báo cáo chi tiết.
• Giám sát hệ thống camera và đảm bảo thiết bị an ninh hoạt động hiệu quả.
• Quản lý ngân sách, nguồn lực và nhân sự bộ phận an ninh.
• Tổ chức kiểm tra, diễn tập và đào tạo định kỳ về an toàn – an ninh.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để đảm bảo môi trường an toàn.
• Chỉ đạo xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp và quản lý khủng hoảng.

• Good English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Certifications in security management, fire safety, or related areas are an advantage.

• Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực an ninh, trong đó có 1–2 năm ở vị trí quản lý.
• Có chứng chỉ về an ninh, PCCC hoặc liên quan là một lợi thế.
