Mô tả công việc
• Proactively source and secure new business through outbound sales (calls, emails, networking).
• Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, event planners, and tourism partners.
• Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with the restaurant’s offerings and pricing.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for group and event revenue.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, bookings, and client communications (CRM management).
Event Planning & Coordination:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate all event details including menus, set-up, AV, décor, and special requests.
• Work closely with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of each event.
• Conduct site visits, tastings, and client walkthroughs as needed.
• Oversee the event on the day-of, ensuring exceptional service and handling any issues promptly.
Marketing & Promotion:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote packages for seasonal events and key calendar dates (e.g., holidays, birthdays, corporate celebrations).
• Represent the restaurant group at networking events and trade shows.
Administration & Reporting:
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and post-event evaluations.
• Manage contracts, deposits, invoicing, and final billing in coordination with finance.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, event software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on event schedule.
