Mô tả công việc
1. Sales & business development
- Identify and target new business opportunities to boost hotel revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations tailored to clients' needs.
2. Client management
- Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service and support to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Market research & analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Report findings and provide actionable recommendations to the Direct of Sales.
4. Sales targets & reporting
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
5. Event coordination
- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, meetings, events & conferences, F&B services.
- Work with the events team to ensure smooth execution and high guest satisfaction.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
7. Administrative tasks:
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong bilingual - English & Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in office and PMS softwares.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
