Assistant Recruitment Manager

• Support the execution of the recruitment strategy in line with Rixos standards
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across all departments
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring needs
• Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels
• Proactively source candidates through various platforms and networks
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring processes
• Manage interview scheduling and communication with candidates
• Support hiring managers in candidate selection and decision-making
• Prepare employment offers and conduct reference checks
• Ensure all recruitment documentation complies with company policies and local labour regulations
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including career fairs and university partnerships
• Support talent pipeline development for both mass and specialised hiring
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support reporting and data-driven recruitment decisions
• Coordinate with the People & Culture team to ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with brand standards

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with the same role
• Prior working experience in Vietnam is required
• Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and resourceful in candidate sourcing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building strong teams and delivering excellent candidate experience
