Mô tả công việc

Lead and manage the Housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction
Oversee daily operations of guest rooms, public areas, laundry, linen and flower arrangements
Monitor quality standards through regular inspections across all hotel areas
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Lead, coach and develop the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service

Yêu cầu công việc

High school education above
Minimum 6 years of Housekeeping experience with 3 years at a management level
Basic to good oral English communication skills
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
