Mô tả công việc
- Manage, update, maintain records and documentation.
- Plan and implement monthly microbiological testing programs.
- Coordinate and support departments in handling food safety and hygiene–related issues.
- Record, track, and report operational and food-related issues to management in a timely manner.
- Receive and handle customer feedback related to food safety and hygiene.
- Assist in internal training programs to improve employees’ awareness and knowledge of food safety.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge and working experience with HACCP and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
- English communication skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and professional working attitude.
