Hỗ trợ Executive Sous Chef trong việc điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động bếp Âu hàng ngày
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in managing daily Western kitchen operations
Đảm bảo món ăn được chế biến đúng tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng, định lượng và trình bày
Ensure food is prepared according to quality, portion, and presentation standards
Kiểm soát quy trình chế biến, thời gian ra món trong giờ cao điểm
Monitor food preparation processes and ensure timely service during peak periods

1. Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm | Qualifications & Experience
Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Ẩm thực hoặc liên quan
Diploma or College degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
Có tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong bếp Âu, trong đó ít nhất 1–2 năm ở vị trí Sous Chef hoặc tương đương
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Western cuisine, including at least 1–2 years in a Sous Chef or similar role
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tại khách sạn/resort 4–5 sao
Experience in 4–5 star hotels/resorts is preferred
