Laundry Supervisor (Night Shift) | Giám Sát Giặt Ủi Ca Đêm

• Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations during the night shift (linen, guest laundry, and uniforms).
• Ensure timely and high-quality processing of all laundry items, especially urgent guest requests.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Inspect linen and garments for quality, cleanliness, and proper handling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper use of laundry equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and handle minor equipment issues.
• Manage uniform distribution and ensure proper tracking and control.
• Prepare daily reports, logs, and shift handover to the next team.
• Handle guest or staff concerns professionally during the shift.
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and fabric care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
