Mô tả công việc

Support sponsorship and partnership development, including database management and proposal preparation
Assist in negotiating and coordinating sponsor agreements
Coordinate and execute events, promotions, and brand activations
Support media relations and maximise coverage for campaigns and events
Prepare marketing materials and collect relevant content
Attend and support hotel events, including hosting media and partners
Capture photos during events and key activities

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local market
Confident, outgoing, and well-connected
Excellent written English (Vietnamese is a plus)
Well-organised with strong administrative skills
Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Photography skills are an advantage
