Kid's Club Assistant Manager

• Assist in managing the overall daily operations of the Kid’s Club, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, and oversee a wide range of creative, educational, and recreational activities for children.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the Kid’s Club team; support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and purchasing of supplies and materials.
• Maintain activity reports, guest feedback records, and operational documentation.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Entertainment) to enhance guest experience.
• Support the development and implementation of new programs and continuous improvement initiatives..

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Childcare, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Kid’s Club, childcare, or entertainment, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good English communication and computer skills.
• Knowledge of child safety, first aid, and safeguarding practices is an advantage.
