Assistant Learning & Development Manager

• Support the development and implementation of training plans and annual training calendar.
• Assist in delivering training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning).
• Coordinate training activities across departments and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor training attendance, track data, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Support the rollout of learning initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide guidance and support to departmental trainers.
• Promote a culture of learning and development across the organization.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in Vietnam.
• Experience in hospitality or service industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Passion for training and employee development.
