 Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho hệ thống điện, nước, điều hòa không khí, thiết bị cơ khí và các thiết bị khác của khách sạn.

Conduct regular maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other hotel equipment.

 Kiểm tra và khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật kịp thời nhằm hạn chế tối đa gián đoạn dịch vụ.

Inspect and promptly troubleshoot technical issues to minimize service disruptions.

 Ghi chép và báo cáo tình trạng thiết bị, đề xuất thay thế hoặc nâng cấp khi cần thiết.

Record and report on equipment status, recommending replacements or upgrades when necessary.

 Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động, phòng cháy chữa cháy và quy định của khách sạn.

Comply with occupational safety, fire prevention regulations, and hotel policies.

 Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác trong việc lắp đặt, di chuyển, hoặc điều chỉnh thiết bị khi có yêu cầu.

Assist other departments with installation, relocation, or adjustment of equipment upon request.

 Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên trực tiếp giao.

To perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

 Tham gia hỗ trợ các sự kiện, chương trình đặc biệt của khách sạn khi cần thiết.

Engineering or related major

Can use MOS (word, excel, powerpoint…)

Knowledge about the hospitality industry

Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and life safety operating systems

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative

Good health and physical strength

Well-organized and well-planning and detail
