- The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on team leadership, operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous service improvement.
2. Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Planning & Strategy
- Develop and execute departmental action plans to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly housekeeping plans.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop housekeeping staff.
- Plan manpower and allocate staff effectively based on occupancy and business needs.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Financial & Asset Control
- Prepare, manage, and control departmental budget.
- Monitor usage of supplies, equipment, and linens to minimize waste and control costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of all housekeeping assets.
Quality & Compliance
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proactively identify risks and implement preventive measures.
Problem Solving
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Resolve unexpected situations effectively to minimize impact on operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in 3–4 star hotels or above
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (4 skills)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and proactive
- Positive attitude, responsible, and results-oriented
