Mô tả công việc
- Reservation & Customer Inquiry Management: Handle all incoming inquiries (phone, email, social media, and walk-ins) for weddings and the daily buffet with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Wedding Consultation & Sales: Conduct detailed wedding consultations, present venue features, and manage the end-to-end sales process, including contract issuance, amendments, and cancellations.
- Contract Administration: Ensure all booking data and contracts are accurately recorded in the system and maintained according to company policy.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the Sales & Reservation department, including report preparation and coordination with the Event Operation/Culinary.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, reservations, or professional customer service.
- Good spoken English. Korean language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience in the wedding industry or wedding banquet halls is a plus.
- Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible work ethic and ability to work under high pressure.
