Purchasing

- Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.

- Ability to source suppliers, request quotations, and compare prices to ensure the best value for the company.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitie

- Support the Purchasing Manager in supplier performance evaluation and contract management.

- Work closely with Finance and Receiving teams to resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.

- Contribute to cost control initiatives and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

- Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel is highly preferred

- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)

- Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy

- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
