LC Supervisor – Giám sát Cảnh quan

• Supervise daily landscaping operations to ensure all outdoor areas are clean, green, and well-maintained.

• Assign tasks and monitor performance of landscaping staff.

• Inspect plants, lawns, trees, and irrigation systems regularly.

• Plan and implement pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest control schedules.

• Ensure landscaping meets hotel aesthetic and brand standards.

• Manage tools, equipment, and landscaping materials efficiently.

• Coordinate with other departments for events and special setups.

• Maintain beach and outdoor public areas (if applicable).

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.

• Report issues, damages, and improvement plans to management regularly.

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in engineering or public area supervision

- Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Basic English communication skills (for guest interaction and reporting)

- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively

- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail

- Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance procedures

- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
