Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily operations at the front desk, including check-ins, checkouts, room assignments, and managing reservations; ensures smooth functioning and personalized service for all guests. Ensuring staff are welltrained, and guests receive exceptional service.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
- Responsible for retaining, training, and continuously developing the front office team.
- Prepares monthly reports, monitors room rates, occupancy levels, and revenue performance.
- Maintains communication with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security and safety procedures, including guest identification and emergency response protocols, to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Responsible for resolving any issues that arise during a guest's stay, ensuring that all concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Hotel Management, or related fields.
- Over 5 years experience in similar role in 5-stars Hotel or International brands.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; a third language is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Available for flexible working schedule
