- Overseeing the Hot kitchen's operation and team
- Ensuring the food presented to guests meets the highest quality
- Managing food portioning, serving, requisitions, and receiving from stores to minimize wastage.
- Enforcing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Mentoring and training junior kitchen team-members to enhance their culinary skills.
- Working closely with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of meals.
- Regularly assessing the quality of dishes prepared and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Participating in planning menus that align with guest and operational needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or certificate (or equivalent) in relevant field (Kitchen).
- Minimum 3 year of experience in similar role in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
- English communication
- Supervisory skills; Details and High sense of responsibility
- HAACP knowledges or experiences is a plus
- Can work in shift (morning shift or afternoon shift).
