Mô tả công việc
- Handle incoming enquiries and support outbound prospecting for the Chinese segment
- Follow up leads promptly to support conversion into confirmed bookings
- Assist Sales Manager in managing client accounts and sales activities
2. Client Coordination and Relationship Support
- Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after events
- Support relationship building with Chinese corporate clients, agencies, and partners
- Assist in site inspections and client meetings
3. Booking and Revenue Coordination
- Support the sales cycle from enquiry to proposal, booking, and execution.
- Coordinate Rooms, FnB, and Event arrangements with internal departments
- Ensure accuracy in booking details and maximize upselling opportunities where applicable
4. Sales Administration and System Management
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and basic reports
- Ensure accurate and timely input into CRM systems (Delphi)
- Support tracking of enquiries, bookings, and client records
5. Digital and Market Support
- Assist in executing digital outreach via: WeChat, email campaigns, OTA platforms
- Monitor client responses and engagement
- Provide basic feedback on market trends and customer preferences

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience in 4-5 star hotels (experience with the Chinese market is a plus).
- Professional fluency in Mandarin/ Cantonese; English proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera) and basic presentation tools.
- Good communication, negotiation, and time-management skills. Ability to work well within a team.
