1. Monitor swimming pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and quickly identify potential hazards.

    Giám sát khu vực hồ bơi và bãi biển để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách và phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ tiềm ẩn.

2. Provide safety instructions and swimming guidance to guests when required.

    Hướng dẫn quy định an toàn và hỗ trợ, tư vấn bơi cho khách khi cần.

3. Perform regular inspections of sauna rooms, locker rooms, and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

    Thường xuyên kiểm tra phòng xông hơi, phòng thay đồ và thiết bị để đảm bảo vệ sinh và an toàn.

4. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or rescue assistance when necessary.

    Phản ứng nhanh với các tình huống khẩn cấp và thực hiện sơ cứu hoặc cứu hộ khi cần thiết.

5. Assist guests by answering questions and coordinating maintenance issues with the technical department.

    Hỗ trợ khách hàng, giải đáp thắc mắc và tiếp nhận thông tin sửa chữa để chuyển cho bộ phận kỹ thuật.

6. Maintain and manage lifeguard equipment and support other departments when required.

    Quản lý, vận hành thiết bị cứu hộ và hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác khi cần.

7. Ensure high-quality customer service and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

    Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng và thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý.

2. Previous experience in a similar position at a sports club, gym, or resort is an advantage.

    Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực câu lạc bộ thể dục thể thao là một lợi thế.

3. Strong swimming ability and rescue skills are required.

    Có khả năng bơi tốt và kỹ năng cứu hộ.

4. Good physical fitness and overall health condition.

    Có thể lực và sức khỏe tốt.
