Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành liên quan
College/University degree in Hospitality or related field
Ngoại hình chuyên nghiệp, tác phong tốt
Professional appearance and demeanor
Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt
Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Biết sử dụng phần mềm khách sạn là lợi thế
Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, etc.) is a plus
Có thể làm việc theo ca
