SOUS CHEF
- Culinary Leadership: Steer the culinary vision and direction of our menu. Craft innovative dishes that showcase the magic of truffles while maintaining a meticulous balance between quality, seasonality, and guest preferences.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Orchestrate all facets of the kitchen, encompassing food preparation, cooking, plating, sanitation, and meticulous inventory control.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce the consistent production of exceptional dishes that meet Truffle & Co.'s unparalleled standards for taste, presentation, and portion control. Implement regular quality checks throughout the preparation process.
- Cost Management: Develop and implement comprehensive cost-control measures to optimize food and beverage expenses. Negotiate with vendors to secure the most favorable pricing for high-quality ingredients, with a particular focus on truffles.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to cultivate their skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment and Training: Actively participate in the recruitment process to identify and hire talented chefs and kitchen staff. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure all team members deeply understand Truffle & Co.'s culinary philosophy and unwavering service standards.
- Compliance: Uphold a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ensure all staff members are meticulously trained on food safety protocols.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with both front-of-house staff and management to orchestrate a seamless dining experience for our esteemed guests.
