Senior Bartender

1. Guest Service, Food & Beverage Preparation

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and address them by name when possible.

• Prepare and serve food & drinks promptly, adhering to recipes and presentation

standards.

• Monitor the bar area to ensure timely service for all guests and servers.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when

needed.

2. Beverage Expertise & Mixology Skills

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, including

proper techniques, recipes, and presentation standards.

• Create and recommend cocktails tailored to guest preferences, enhancing the

overall bar experience.

• Possess solid understanding of wines, spirits, and basic pairing principles (wine &

food, cocktail & flavor profiles).

• Stay updated on beverage trends, premium spirits, and mixology innovations.

• Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served, aligned with luxury

hospitality standards.

3. Operations & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bar (counters, glassware, equipment).

• Restock service wells and bar supplies according to specifications.

• Operate and maintain bar equipment safely and report malfunctions.

4. Administrative & Team Support

• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Assist with bar setup/breakdown, inventory receiving, and stocking.

• Collaborate with the Senior Bartender/Supervisor on staffing or operational

needs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

. Prior bartending experience (preferred in casinos, hotel, restaurant, nightclubs, or

high-volume venues).

• Knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and responsible alcohol service.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (kegs, crates).
