Role Overview
KiN Group is looking for a driven, visionary F&B Director to own and elevate the entire food and beverage experience across our hospitality group. From hotel breakfast and room service to catering, and the restaurants, cafes, and bars that will grow alongside our hotels - this role shapes it all.
This is not a maintenance role. We need someone who brings bold concepts to the table, sets the service bar high, builds teams that deliver, and drives real revenue growth. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love creating F&B experiences people talk about, this is your seat.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development & Creative Direction
- Develop and lead innovative F&B concepts across all hotel and standalone outlets - restaurants, cafes, bars, and event spaces
- Continuously generate fresh ideas that align with KiN brand identity and the evolving hospitality landscape
- Identify new outlet opportunities as the group expands and lead concept-to-launch execution
- Stay ahead of global F&B trends and bring relevant, exciting formats to the Vietnam market
2. Full-Group F&B Oversight
- Oversee the entire F&B operation of the KiN hospitality group - including hotel dining (breakfast, room service, catering) and all associated restaurant, cafe, and bar outlets
- Ensure consistency in quality, brand experience, and service standards across every touchpoint
- Set and maintain SOPs across all outlets, optimising workflows and operational efficiency
3. Menu Development & Culinary Collaboration
- Partner closely with the head chef to craft menus that are distinct, seasonal, and commercially smart
- Bring knowledge across a wide range of cuisines - Western, Asian, and pastry - to create diverse, compelling food and beverage offerings
- Balance creativity with profitability; ensure every menu works operationally and financially
4. Service Excellence & Staff Training
- Set the service standard for the group - and hold everyone to it
- Audit and revamp the existing training framework; implement a structured, ongoing training programme for all F&B staff
- Build a culture of hospitality excellence where every guest interaction is intentional and memorable
5. Revenue Growth, Financial Performance & Cost Management
- Drive revenue performance across all F&B outlets through strong concepts, smart pricing, and operational discipline
- Own the P&L for all F&B outlets - with full accountability for food cost, labour cost, and overheads
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate effectively to ensure quality procurement at the right cost
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and responsible sourcing across all outlets
- Set pricing strategies that maximise margins without compromising guest experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, activations, and brand positioning
- Spearhead collaborative events, pop-ups, and partnerships that drive footfall, brand visibility, and guest engagement
- Analyse performance data and act on it fast - identify gaps, implement fixes, and push for continuous improvement
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing F&B team across the group
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and succession planning
- Create a fast-moving, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of F&B experience, with significant leadership across multiple outlets or concepts
- Proven track record in driving revenue, launching concepts, and scaling operations
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of cuisines - Western, Asian, and pastry
- Experience in a hotel F&B environment is essential; 5-star hotel experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese - both written and spoken
- Global F&B experience is welcomed - candidates with international exposure are strongly encouraged to apply
