Mô tả công việc

  • Overseeing daily operations of Executive Lounge to ensure exceptional guest experience and consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure all team-members deliver high-quality service in line with brand standards and hotel procedures.
  • Support special VIP arrangements and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure the lounge is fully set up and operational before service, including cleanliness, presentation, and replenishment of amenities.
  • Oversee all food and beverage arrangements within the lounge (e.g., breakfast, evening cocktails, and refreshments), ensuring proper preparation, portion control, and food safety compliance.
  • Monitor and maintain service quality throughout operating hours; promptly handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene/health and safety requirements, and internal policies at all times.
  • Maintain inventory control, liaise with purchasing/stores as needed, and minimize wastage through proper forecasting and stock management.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B/Back of House teams to ensure smooth guest journey and service alignment.
  • Manage daily briefings, scheduling, training, and performance of team-members; conduct coaching to enhance service skills.
  • Track and report key performance indicators such as guest feedback, lounge service standards, incident reports, and operational readiness.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in Hotel operations, or similar position
  • Strong understanding of F&B service standards, service excellence, and guest handling.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Hospitality-oriented and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Operational discipline and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional appearance and confident, calm demeanor.
